Who we are

This website is run by V.O.F. No Entry, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 98479008. We are responsible for the personal data described below. Questions or requests: events@no-entry.nl.

Ticket alert (your email address)

When you sign up for the ticket alert, we store your email address together with the edition you signed up for and the time of signing up.

• Why: to email you when ticket sale for a No Entry event opens, and to tell you about upcoming No Entry events.
• Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
• How long: until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email us and we will remove you.
• Who processes it for us: Make (automation that receives the sign-up) and lemlist (the service that sends our emails). They only process your data on our instructions. We never sell your data.

Website statistics

We use Umami to see how many people visit this site, where they come from (for example Instagram) and which buttons they click, such as the ticket button. Umami does not use cookies and does not collect information that identifies you personally. That is why you do not see a cookie banner here.

Buying tickets

Tickets are sold by the venue (for example Paradiso), not on this website. When you click a ticket button, you go to their site and their privacy statement applies.

Hosting

Like every website, our hosting provider keeps short technical server logs (such as IP address and time of visit) to keep the site safe and working.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop using it. Email events@no-entry.nl and we will respond within one month. If you think we handle your data incorrectly, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
